Wasel — Terms of Service

Last updated: August 2026

By creating an account or using waselportal.com ("Wasel," "we," "us"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

What Wasel is

Wasel is a shared portal for independent service providers (trainers, tutors, designers, and similar) and their clients — for scheduling sessions, sharing files, and keeping track of charges and payments. Wasel is a record-keeping tool, not a bank, payment processor, or party to any transaction between a provider and their client. Any actual transfer of money happens directly between provider and client, outside of Wasel, using whatever method they've agreed on (e.g. Whish, OMT, cash).

Accounts

There are two kinds of accounts: providers, who manage their own client list, sessions, and ledger; and clients, who can view their own portal (sessions, balance, shared files) linked to them by a provider.

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for anything that happens under your account. Tell us right away if you think your account has been compromised.

Provider subscriptions

New provider accounts get a free trial. After the trial, continued access requires a paid subscription. Payment is manual (Whish/OMT) and confirmed by us after you upload a receipt — this is a temporary process while Wasel is early-stage, and may change as the service grows.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Upload illegal, infringing, or harmful content (including via the file/receipt upload features).
  • Use Wasel to harass, defraud, or mislead another person.
  • Attempt to access another provider's or client's data, or bypass the app's security controls.
  • Use automated tools to abuse the service (e.g. scripted mass account creation or file uploads).

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Your content

You keep ownership of whatever you upload or enter into Wasel (files, notes, photos). You're responsible for making sure you have the right to share anything you upload.

No warranty, limited liability

Wasel is provided "as is." We do our best to keep it available and accurate, but we don't guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted. Because Wasel never handles the actual money involved in a session or payment, we're not responsible for disputes about payments made outside the app between a provider and their client.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon.

Changes

We may update these terms as Wasel evolves. Continuing to use Wasel after a change means you accept the updated terms. Questions? charbelnaddsor@gmail.com.
